The main symptoms of oxygen deficiency

We can live a few weeks without food, a few days without water, but only a few minutes without oxygen, these minutes are unfortunately measured with the fingers of one hand.

Without oxygen we would not be able to perform normal functions from moving muscles, digesting food to thinking.

So oxygen keeps us alive and our body needs blood oxygen saturation levels in the 94% - 100% range.

These levels depend on the environment, past or present illnesses, lifestyle (habits), etc.

Below, I am listing some of the signs and symptoms that indicate low blood oxygen levels are not as they should be:

1. Chronic, unjustified fatigue.

2. Brain fog.

3. Mild headache that gets worse.

4. Frequent, short breathing.

5. Brainstorming.

6. Unexplained cough.

7. Blurred vision.

8. Difficulty concentrating.

9. Mental confusion.

10. Rapid heartbeat.

11. Cyanosis (blue color in the skin, nails and lips).

If you have one or several of these symptoms consult a doctor.

Prolonged lack of oxygen in the blood can cause problems and irreversible consequences for your body.
