Does blood change in the spring/ Discover the truths

Although the temperatures are still low in Albania, we have entered a very special season, spring. The arrival of this season is accompanied by many changes for the body. One of them has to do with blood. As we know, spring starts on March 21, and the day starts to get longer.

This phenomenon has a great impact on our body. During winter many people feel stressed or melancholy. But it's different on sunny days.

Also, the increased radiation and warmth of the sun has an effect on us. It affects the production of certain hormones such as melatonin, which has an effect on our emotions, appetite or energy.

But the arrival of spring is not good news for everyone. Unlike many people, some people are affected by a sudden sadness or listlessness.

This type of symptom is related to what is called spring fatigue. This fatigue is accompanied by sleep disorders, loss of motivation and boredom. However, do not lose hope, because, according to doctors, spring fatigue is mild and often short-lived.

But what about the blood?

In cold weather, the blood vessels on the surface of our body shrink and shrink to keep warm blood deep inside.

When the weather warms up, blood vessels dilate to release heat from the body. So it's all about better blood circulation in warmer weather.

So in Spring, what happens is a flood of blood in the body due to the warming of the climate, and this often means a change of blood.

This perception comes from a greater energy that grips the body.

Cell regeneration

The body's cells are constantly dividing, dying and regenerating. Each cell has a different life cycle.

Cells die out and are replaced by others throughout life. The cells in the lining of the stomach are replaced every five days because they are exposed to acidity.

Red blood cells live for at least four months in the body, while lung cells die out and are replaced every five months. However, some cells need at least seven years to regenerate.

Simply put, no cell is irreplaceable. They are constantly changing. It's not just a matter of season/ AgroWeb.org
