Why do you feel tired?

Do you sometimes feel sluggish, unable to concentrate and complete the tasks of the day?!

Do you think it has to do with diet?

There is actually much more to this story.

Your metabolism is the main factor in how much energy you have. When the metabolism is not working optimally, we need to look at what is happening:
