Marsida Xhaferllari's vote against Veliaj's dismissal revealed

Lulzim Basha's former soldier, who has been left without any political function and outside the party and parliament, Enkelejd Alibeaj, in an interview for the Veliaj family newspaper, stated that the Constitutional Court should issue a decision to overturn the dismissal of the former mayor arrested on 13 charges for 5 serious criminal offenses.


"An alternative, and I said, the most legally credible alternative for me, is that the Constitutional Court will have to issue a decision to overturn the Government's decision and the Municipal Council's decision to dismiss Erion Veliaj, along with the decree setting the election date for November 9 by the President of the Republic," Alibeaj declared.

According to him, this is the most legally reliable solution.

After Alibeaj has been publicly defending Mr. Veliaj "without interest" for weeks, should Ms. Marsida Xhaferllari, a member of the Constitutional Court, be excluded from reviewing the case due to a conflict of interest?

It is now known that Enkelejd Alibeaj is the official cohabitant of Mrs. Xhaferllari.

After hearing for weeks that Jordan Daci was defending Veliaj "without interest", today it was learned that Daci is paid as a lawyer by Mr. Veliaj. Chosen to defend him as a criminal lawyer in the Constitutional Court. No one is defending Veliaj at all!

Is Marsida Xhaferllari's cohabitant being paid by Veliaj's studios and family to influence the member of the Constitutional Court?
