Roland Bejko, the candidate of Alibeaj PD for Tirana Municipality

Roland Bejko, the Alibeaj PD candidate for Tirana Municipality, held an electoral meeting with the citizens in Sauk to listen to their problems and dissatisfactions.

According to Bejkos, this area has been neglected by Veliaj and that no effort has been made to lay the roads or sewers, forcing the citizens to intervene themselves to fix the sewage infrastructure.

He promised that with his arrival at the head of the municipality of Tirana, the road infrastructure outside the urban areas will be improved.

Bejko also accused the mayor, Erion Veliaj, of abusing the funds that are over 200 million euros with concerts.

"Erjon Veliaj is using the budget for concerts, for the center. They have completely forgotten the suburbs.

Our goal with winning the municipality of Tirana is to make it a unique city. Don't be a city just inside the small Ring and leave the rest free and live as you please.

These policies will not find a place in us, here lies the difference between us and them. Proof is the word we give. We will integrate the city. You are 5 km from the city and live as if you are in a remote rural area.

Being in the city and only a few km away from having such enclaves is the irresponsibility of the mayor and his staff. To say that in 4 years I will build the roads immediately is irresponsible, it requires its own time. But they must be dealt with in turn, and the roads within the cities must be fixed.
