During the meetings he held with the residents of Yzberishti, the opposition candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, got to know their concerns about the lack of public spaces and infrastructure.

In addition, residents complained about the high taxes they pay to the Municipality of Tirana.

"What appears needs no comment. Nothing has been given up here. Even the sewers get blocked. I am not satisfied at all. I pay 18,000 lek green tax to Eri, this is actually not the case, I pay it. Here brother has come to us. We family members are like that, some with work and some without work, but the children here have no place to play", expressed some residents of Yzberishti.

Belind Kelliçi said that he is talking about this situation every day. He also added that although Erion Veliaj has collected 41 million euros from the education infrastructure tax, this money has not been returned to investments for residents.

"I also talked about the issue of rest areas, about 500 oases in the neighborhood, I put some trees, some benches where children, the elderly, and ordinary citizens who want to rest in the neighborhood can rest. He received 41 million euros for new schools, and in this area with 70 thousand inhabitants, he did not build a nursery school, a school, a kindergarten. Nothing," Kelliçi said.

Focusing on another commitment of his program, the package of taxes and fees for business, Belind Kelliçi recognized some small business entrepreneurs, with the reduction of the burden for them. According to the opposition candidate for the municipality of Tirana, the reduction of these taxes will help the business to earn more and at the same time create new jobs.

"We plan to halve the public space fee, we will make it half of what you have now. We will also halve the green cleaning fee. We will remove the education infrastructure tax, which is absurd bro. Another essential problem for the area is the lack of drinking water. Belind Kelliçi met an elderly man who had just bought the water he uses for drinking in his family.

The elderly man said that they don't have water in the taps, as Erion Veliaj claims, while he said that he pays his bills twice.

"We are paying for water, triple, quadruple. I don't even have water to drink. Two types of water, but where do you get the water? But where there is water 24 hours a day, why are there deposits? Here's the bin, I bought it, 1200 lek, I bought it to drink. What about those tanks, why do they have them? It says there is water 24 hours! Only for the bathrooms!" said the old man.

While Belind Kelliçi said: "You pay three times and four times, and you don't have water. And Erion Veliaj says you have water 24 hours a day. Veliaj says you have water 24 hours a day. Are you with me? Grabbing the canister, with the canister, he says there is water. What did you buy it for? You bought it to drink, didn't you? He says the water that comes from the tap is drinkable," said the opposition candidate for the municipality.

Even in Yzberisht, there are many citizens whose property was taken from the municipality of Tirana, leaving them on the streets. One of them, confirming the vote for Belind Këlliç, showed how Erion Veliaj robbed his property without compensating him.
