Listed on the open list of the DP/Tabaku: Strategy to attract votes

Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku said today that her inclusion on the open list was a strategy by the DP to attract votes.

In a television interview, Tabaku, while commenting on the decision to be listed on the open lists in Tirana, said that he had a long conversation with the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.

Tabaku said that this solution was found by the DP to attract the votes of the middle class, free people and professionals.

"The decision has been made and we will see how to maximize the DP vote. It was decided that there is no place for me. I had a long discussion with Berisha, I spoke with him about my campaign, the way I will campaign. This solution was found. Maybe the DP thought that I am very strong and in the open part maybe I will attract the votes of the middle class, of free people and with professions. Maybe it is an electoral strategy", - said Tabaku./CNA
