Tours in the USA/ Kelliçi: Diaspora's vote for PD is vital

The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has spoken about his tours in the USA.

Kelliçi said that the focus of the meetings was the vote of the Diaspora. He said that for DP, the vote of the Diaspora is vital.

"The focus has been the vote of the Diaspora. We have tremendous potential in America. I focused on Michigan, where there are many Albanians, about 150 thousand.

It was a mixed feeling. I have found friends, fellow colleagues, well-wishers of DP.

The bad feeling was that I realized that the opposition, the democrats have fled, that they have been hit, they have lost their jobs and their family members have been hit.

The vote of the Diaspora for DP is vital. Since we have fought battles, it is necessary to raise the awareness of the Albanian diaspora, to give it the weight it deserves as the engine of the Albanian economy", said Këlliçi./ CNA
