Prime Minister Edi Rama has again given a message to the officials, former deputies and mayors of the SP, who have problems with justice.

Rama said at the meeting with the Albanians in New York that he will not protect anyone before the law.

He declared that the history of the ruling party that guides and controls justice has come to an end.

"The culture of impunity has received the death blow of our history since the establishment of the Albanian state in 1912. All Albanians know enough history to see that since 1912, for the first time, people wearing political power have submitted to the force of the law equal for all. Never before has an individual with a high profile been convicted by a court not controlled by politics. They have all been convicted of a justice that has been ordered by the ruling party the party in power that guides and controls justice has come to an end and I am proud that with the vote of the Albanians, the SP led a deep reform in justice.
