SPAK has officially charged the deputy of the Socialist Party, Plarent Ndreca, under the charge of violating inequality in tenders. 

Ndreca is accused of abusing a tender for the reconstruction of 4 police stations while holding the position of General Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior.

CNA reported earlier that investigations were underway against Ndreca, but the latter denied it. ( Read here )

Just a week ago, the MP lied publicly, stating that there was no investigation by the Special Prosecutor's Office against him.

Ndreca said in the show "Opinion" that there were no abuses with the tenders and it did not cause any damage to the state budget. 

"It is not true, zero report for me, zero lek spent from the state budget. I was not notified by the HCSH, zero lek from the state budget", said the SP deputy.

Being taken as a defendant by SPAK clearly shows that Ndreca deceived the entire public opinion, saying that there was no report against him.  ( Read here )

In fact, for Ndreca, it was not only the issue of tender abuse under investigation, as there are other issues as well.
