The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, during his speech at the protest in front of the Municipality of Tirana, stated that the opposition will not stop in its mission until Erion Veliaj leaves and is expelled from the institution of the Municipality.

He called Veliaj a thief caught with his hands in the pockets of poor Albanian tax payers.

Kelliçi further emphasizes that the regime is using schemes to silence the opposition and isolate it.

"This building here is fictitiously called the Municipality of Tirana because it is the building occupied by Erion Veliaj.

We don't move from here without kicking a thief who was caught with his hands in his pockets like Erjon Veliaj.

When Ilir Meta, the former prime minister, is kidnapped in the middle of the road in a thuggish manner, imagine what could happen to ordinary people.

All schemes used by the regime on the opposition are done to silence the opposition and isolate it.
