The head of the Department of Foreign Policy in DP, Ilda Zhulali, in a statement to the media, spoke about the report published by the World Justice Project, on the rule of law in 142 countries of the world.

Zhulali declared that the World Justice Project proves once again the total failure of new justice and the crooked reformation of this system.

According to Zhulali, the ranking of Albania below communist Vietnam clearly shows that the authoritarian rule of Edi Rama is the fundamental and only cause of the failure of the reform.

"Communist Vietnam surpasses European Albania again. This was found in the report published yesterday by the World Justice Project, the most reliable international authority that measures the rule of law in 142 countries of the world.

Albania ranks 106th for limiting government power, while Vietnam ranks 8 points better than us, in 95th place!! Kosovo ranks 59th in the world!!

Colombia has less corruption than Albania. Albania is ranked 107 for the level of corruption, while Colombia is ranked better, at 100. Kosovo is ranked at 65!!!

Albania ranks 92nd for freedom of expression, while Kosovo ranks 60th in the world!

The right to protest and political activism finds Albania ranked in 102nd place, Serbia in 93rd place, while Kosovo in 60th place, out of 142 countries in the world!

Albania ranks 114th for the level of Law enforcement, while Belarus ranks better than us, in 108th place! Kosovo ranks 82nd in the world!

Albania ranks 128th in the world for regular administrative processes! Kosovo in the 95th place!

Albania ranks 101st for respect for civil rights, while communist Vietnam ranks 96th! Kosovo is ranked 89th in the world.

Albania ranks 110th for non-interference of the government in civil court decisions! While Bangladesh in the 97th place! Kosovo ranks 66th!

Albania ranks 92nd for the level of criminal justice, while Belarus ranks 88th! Kosovo ranks 62nd in the world.

Albania ranks 106th for government intervention in criminal justice! Communist Vietnam is again ranked better, in the 98th place, while Kosovo in the 65th place!
