The "Partizani" file/ The hearing against Berisha is postponed

The hearing for the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex was postponed to November 25 at 12:00, where the defendants are the former prime minister Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, the two businessmen Fatmir Bektashi and Xhimi Begeja, as well as the financier Andia Pustina.

In a statement to the media after the end of the session, Attorney Genc Gjokutaj said that Berisha will be present at the sessions that will be necessary.

"The court session on the issue of privatization of the former "Partizani" complex was postponed to November 25 at 12:00 p.m. We have appealed the issue of the review of the security measure against Sali Berisha to the Court and we are waiting for the decision. Berisha will appear in the sessions that are necessary, we have a chance to represent him. We will ask for the dismissal of the case, the decision-making belongs to the Special Court."/ CNA
