"Truths in this country are considered propaganda"/ Rama continues his

Prime Minister Edi Rama has responded to comments on his social networks.

Rama emphasized that his commitment and time spent on social networks is to inform citizens about the government's work and actions, which often go without proper attention in the media.

Among other things, Rama added that truths in this country are considered propaganda.

"My job is to lead by thinking, reading, analyzing, discussing and coordinating and then informing. Social networks also serve to inform or debate. My day starts with the citizens and I think that everything I do is based on the mandate I received from the people.

None of my big and small tasks remain undone. My day begins before dawn and ends after midnight. I have opened this new communication window so that whoever follows me here knows what we do. How important things are to people and that sometimes they remain without taking their importance into account, since half-truths make up most of the news in the media.

Have you ever heard these days that solar energy production in our country has reached 10% of total energy production? No, you haven't. But, you have heard that Albania has always produced energy for itself, this is a big lie.

Here, untruths are heard and not truths, and then the truths are considered propaganda. They lie down at night and go to media clubs and always talk about the world, bringing it to people's noses. Serious work and debates are not of interest to the portals, they make a spectacle of quarrels and noise, they make a spectacle like those of neighborhood thugs. So we do what we can, we would like more, but we do not have everything in our hands", said Rama. /CNA
