Referring to the latter, according to Lapsi.al, Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has drawn Spiropal's ear, criticizing him for the mismanagement of the session, after quickly introducing the draft law for the forgiveness of fines.

According to Lapsi.al, Balluku severely criticized Spiropali for favoring the opposition by giving him undeserved space and in violation of the regulation according to the deputy prime minister.
