Socialists have reacted after the publication of the opinion by the Venice Commission on Xhacka's mandate, which overthrew the majority.

The head of the Laws Commission, Klotilda Bushka, has again defended Xha?ka, after the decision of the Venice Commission, saying that the Parliament is not obliged to vote in a certain way.

"The Venice Commission clearly states that the Parliament is not obliged to vote in a certain way, but is able to vote on its own issues. The principle that deputies are free to vote is emphasized. The Venice Commission finds that the Assembly recognizes the binding nature of the decisions of the Constitutional Court. The decisions of the Constitutional Court should be applicable and should not dictate the vote", said Bushka, among other things.

Meanwhile, the democrats welcomed the Commission's decision, calling it the biggest slap given during these 34 years to a majority in our country./ CNA
