Shaping the Future of GovTech/ Gonxhe: We have made progress with digitization

The Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation Blendi Gonxhja participated in the regional Conference "Shaping the Future of GovTech".

Gonxhe underlined that the digitization of services has transformed the citizen's relationship with the institution and has crossed the gap of standards that separates Albania from other countries.

The minister said that significant progress has been made with digitization and innovation. He emphasized that, looking to the future, Albania should focus on the digital economy and strategic investments.

Among other things, Gonxhe stated that Artificial Intelligence will increase gross domestic production, adding that no country has the luxury of staying out of the technological revolution.

"This transformation has changed the relationship between the citizen and the institution. It crosses the standard gap that separates us from other countries.

We have made significant progress in digitization and innovation. From all our partners, we are proud of 1300 services to citizens through e-Albania.
