The case of "Becchetti"/Kalaja files a new complaint with SPAK

The Chairperson of the DP Appeals Commission, Adriana Kalaja, has filed a new complaint with the SPAK regarding the case of Becchetti.

Kalaja has expressed to the media that they demand that Rama, Veliaj, Agaçi and others bear criminal responsibility for the damage they have caused through illegal actions, depriving the state budget of 110 million euros.

"We ask SPAK through the guilt of Rama, Veliaj, Agaçi and others to bear criminal responsibility in terms of damage. The law determines that the damage is paid by the causer of the damage. Referring to the evidence that we brought today, the damage was caused through illegal actions, they removed 110 million euros from the state budget for the Becchetti case," said Kalaja./ CNA
