Olta Xhaçka's mandate/Venice Commission overthrows the majority

The Venice Commission has published the report regarding the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka, where it overthrew the majority.

The mandate of Olta Xhaçka should have been investigated in the Constitutional Court on the merits.

But the parliament does not surpass the Constitutional Court and the court has issued two decisions.

In the release of the draft opinion of the Venice Commission, which states that the Court has issued a decision, it indicates that the court's decision must be implemented by the parliament and by the majority, which has taken Olta Xha?ka under protection, whose mandate will be discussed in Constitutional Court.
