During an interview, former ambassador Agim Nesho spoke about the report of the Venice Commission regarding the mandate of SP MP Olta Xhaçka.

In the opinion of Venice it is clearly stated that the decisions of the Constitutional Court must be implemented.

Former ambassador Agim Nesho said that if we want to be part of the EU, the implementation of the decisions of the Constitutional Court cannot be questioned.
