Elisa of the incinerators, in the world of wonders/ "The Venice Commission
The Speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali

Today, the draft opinion of the Venice Commission, which overturned the majority, regarding the mandate of Olta Xhaçka, was made public.

The Venice Commission stated that the parliament and the majority must implement the decision of the Constitutional Court.

However, the speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, known as Elisa of the incinerators, claims the opposite of this.

Elisa of the incinerators, entering her world of wonders, tells us that the Venice Commission has given the right to the majority and that the Constitutional Court is affecting the independence of the deputies.

"I believe it is now clear to everyone that our position regarding the process of dealing with the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka was neither a political nor a party position, but a constitutional position related to the inviolable sovereignty of the Assembly!

The Constitutional Court has requested that the MPs vote in a certain way and this has been read by us not simply as an interference in the independence of the Assembly, but primarily as an unenforceable decision due to the impossibility of a rule that imposes on the MP that how to vote!

Today, all the accusations, slanders and false propaganda against this position were answered, but as the Speaker of the Assembly I feel relieved and for this I thank the Venice Commission that examined my request with maximum speed and seriousness.

I am convinced that this fair opinion will serve all parties and institutions for reflection in the correct solution of the issues related to the incompatibility of the mandate of the deputy in the future", declares Spiropali.

Elisa of the incinerators has read the draft opinion backwards, as the Venice Commission demands that the majority implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court./ CNA
