Journalist Ola Xama on "MCN TV" emphasized that the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is implicated in the incinerator and land affairs, along with Mirel Mërtiri and Klodjan Zoto. Oxama stated that all the threads lead to Veliaj since nothing could have happened without coordination from above.
