Tabaku accuses the government of changing the coordinator of the IPA/ Balluku

In today's parliamentary session, the agreement with the EC on financial assistance was discussed.

Deputy Jorida Tabaku stated that the government has changed the fund management structure by changing the IPA coordinator 8 times in four years, which according to Tabaku has caused a problem in the absorption of IPA funds.

“Duhet të merremi me strukturën që nga ngritur qeveria për të koordinuar fondet. Kjo e copëzon procesin dhe e ndajnë përgjegjësinë duke krijuar më shumë vështirësi, për herë të parë ka ndryshuar katër herë në 8 vite koordinatorin e IPA-s, kjo ka sjellë problem në zbatimin dhe përthithjen e fondeve të IPA . Ne nuk mund të lejojmë që këto fonde të mos përfitohen”, tha Tabaku.

Gjithashtu ajo theksoi se qeveria ka aftësi të ulët për të përthithur fonde të BE, duke shtuar se ky fakt tregon mosgatishmërinë e administratës publike për të ngritur struktura eficente.
