Kryetari i partisë së inceneratorëve, LSI-së, tashmë e quajtur Partia e Lirisë, Ilir Meta, është justifikuar për dështimin e protestës së djeshme, që u mbajt në vendin ku nuk ka inceneratorë, tek landfilli i Sharrës.
Meta tha në emisionin “Ora e Betit” se protesta nuk ishte për mobilizim njerëzish, por për të denoncuar krimin.
“Protesta tek incineratori kishte një harmoni mes vendndodhjes që është një skenë krimi, po ashtu edhe panelit dhe ekspozimit të disa fakteve që ka kjo çështje. Nuk kishte ideja për të mobilizuar njerëzit, sepse aty hapësira është e kufizuar dhe ndodhet pranë sharrës.
Po ne ishim aty për të kthyer vëmendjen tek një krim. Partia që unë sot drejtoj sot e ka denoncuar plot 559 ditë më parë në SPAK. Edhe unë vetë nuk kisha qenë aty, për të parë nëse kishte apo incinerator, por nuk kishte. Por ama drejtësia nuk ka vepruar, dhe lekët e qytetarëve ikin nga këtu”, deklaroi ish-presidenti./ B.A. – CNA.al
