The mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, presented his program during a meeting with the citizens, where the chairman of the DP, Sali Berisha, was also present.

Spahia said that he will strongly rely on Shkodra's potential and his program is drawn up in four directions, for sustainable development, innovation, tourism and quality services.

He declared that his goal is not only the victory on May 14, but that every change made, every reform and every decision made serve to create well-being, security and hope for the citizens.

"Our vision for Shkodra is that of a city developed in several directions, where it relies heavily on the potential that the territory has, on the best traditions and values ??that make us indisputably one of the most important municipalities in Albania and the region.

We have translated in a responsible and professional manner the challenges for the development of the territory, by drafting the development program of the territory, with 4 main strategic directions: Shkodra with sustainable development; Innovative Shkodra; Touristic Shkodra; Shkodra with quality services.

We have focused on urban ecomobility projects, energy efficiency, tourism and culture development, rural development and improvement of municipal services, thus aiming to improve the quality of life.

Dear friends, our goal is not just victory on May 14. I am sure that we have a long and beautiful road ahead of us together. Our goal is that every change made, every reform, every decision made serves to create well-being, security and hope for our citizens and we will succeed.

A few more days separate us from May 14. I know that you have already decided against the pressures, blackmails, threats of power! But I know just as well that the people of Shkodra do not give up!
