KAS decided today that the PD of vula will be registered in the May 14 elections, recognizing Enkelejd Alibeaj as the commanding chairman.

But this decision has been described as brutal and against Albanian legislation by the member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Jozefina Topalli.

She said on the show "Open" that KAS has taken over the powers of the court and has decided on something that even Alibeaj did not ask for.

Topalli stated that it has not happened even in three decades that a new group was registered by stealing the name and stamp of a party.

“Sot është marrë një vendim brutal kundër legjislacionit shqiptar, jemi në një udhëkryq shumë të rrezikshëm për vendin, në lojë është pluralizmi. KAS ka marrë kompetencat e gjykatës dhe ka vendosur për diçka që as Alibeaj nuk e ka kërkuar.

Vendimi ishte përtej realitetit dhe çdo zhvillimi politik në skenën shqiptare gjatë kësaj kohe. Edhe sikur të mos ekzistonte fare PD me Berishën, vetëm duke u nisur nga vendimi i Apelit dhe sot nga KAS, kush qendron vendimi i Apelit apo ai i KAS. Në bazë të kodit Zgjedhor kush ka të drejtë? Ju që caktoni kush është kryetari me çfarë baze e Statuti e caktoni? Është thyer ligj dhe Statuti.

Vendimi i sotëm është dhënë më shumë se sa kërkohej dhe ka marrë kompetencat e gjykatës dhe kompetencat e legjislativit. Pse KAS e ka bërë këtë është gjë tjetër, hyjmë në rrafshin politik.
