Prime Minister Edi Rama has published several handwritten notes, where he focuses on the increase in wages in Albania.
The notes show the schedule for meetings with enterprises in the private sector, where the salary increase will be discussed.
Also, the head of the government has drawn up the salary chart in the Western Balkans region, where Albania is ranked higher than North Macedonia, Bosnia and Kosovo, but lower than Serbia and Montenegro.
"We are starting meetings with the enterprise about the necessity of further salary increases in the private sector, where from April the mandatory minimum is 40,000 lek.
While the government is getting ready to correct the entire salary scheme after the significant increase in the minimum wage, as a reaction to the unforeseen difficulties created everywhere by Putin's aggression and war inflation", writes Rama alongside these notes./ CNA.al
