The candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, said from the floor of the parliament that the incinerator of Tirana is being held hostage. 

Kelliçi appealed to Prime Minister Edi Rama that Klodian Zoto should be there and according to him he should not have been declared wanted.

The candidate Kelliçi also emphasized that if the incinerator of Tirana goes to the end, the current Head of the municipality, Erion Veliaj, may also come out, according to him, and Rama.
