The session for the Academy of Sciences is postponed/Zhupa: The Constitutional

MP Ina Zhupa has announced that today's session on the repeal of the law on the Academy of Sciences has been canceled and the next one will be held on January 28 at 10:00.

The reason for the postponement of the session was the judge's absence due to health reasons.

Zhupa stated that the Constitutional Court continues to be ill not only for this issue, but also for others.

"The judge is sick and for this reason we had to cancel the session. The judge will have announced it in the morning. The Constitutional Court is continuing to be 'sick' both in this session and in other matters."

We had obtained all the evidence to argue something fundamental.

Everyone should be equal before the law. The parliamentary procedures that were followed to pass the law should be seen. Any procedure that is done in violation of the rules is null and void. All procedures were done in violation.

We will continue the battle. It is not a battle against a person, but for the institution.
