On the eve of TikTok's closure/ Rama, "head to head" with the

Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his visit to Davos, where he is participating in the World Economic Forum, held a meeting today with Christine Grahn, TikTok's Head of Government Relations & Public Policy.

During this conversation, Rama and Grahn spoke about the decision to temporarily close access to the platform from Albania and the concerns that led to this decision.

According to Rama, this open and constructive discussion served to establish points of cooperation for the continuation and reopening of TikTok at the most reasonable time.

"With Christine Grahn, TikTok's Head of Government Relations & Public Policy for Europe, we raised the concerns that led us to the decision to temporarily close access to the platform from Albania, as well as listened to possible ways for the company to address them. A completely open and constructive discussion, where we set several milestones for cooperation in the coming weeks and months, to ensure the reopening of TikTok at the most reasonable time, but of course with all the necessary guarantees, in the absence of which we are forced to close access to the platform soon." - writes Rama./ CNA
