Journalist Arian Çani spoke about Prime Minister Edi Rama, revealing what distinguishes him from other political figures.

Çani said that Edi Rama loved power more than all other politicians.

"The person who took power in 2013, Edi Rama, loves and has loved power more than all other political actors. He has loved power since his early youth. Since 1991, when he met with Sali Berisha," said Çani.

The well-known journalist also remembered Edi Rama as a character in the early 1990s and how he was discussed among journalists at the time.

"I remember that in our circle of journalists we often discussed what kind of man he is, he has a very special type.
He has always wanted to stand out, to stand out, to not be like the others. Of course, his success also comes from the character he has, he manages to do something that we all want, but not everyone can do. Edi Rama is super talented. Rama has an extreme ambition."

As for former Prime Minister and DP Chairman Sali Berisha, he said:

"Sali Berisha also loves power very much, but he was not able to extend it as long as Edi Rama. This is what distinguishes Edi Rama from all the others.
He knows how to hold and extend power. All those who think that this man will one day get tired and leave, I'm sorry, but they are in vain.

He further added that Rama is a case study. 

"He never tires, because politics is the only food for Edi Rama. Edi Rama is good when he is bad. Whenever the situation is calm, Rama creates a crisis. Edi Rama is a case to be studied" - said Arian Çani./ CNA
