These are the Albanians who support their families with the remittances they send. They know very well what conditions their families live in, the pensions their parents receive. I also have former colleagues of mine who have fled to America. This is an extraordinary social wound, the best people who have contributed to change in Albania have left, who have left because they were not offered the conditions to work and contribute in Albania.
