Belind Kelliçi told the case of a citizen whose house was demolished by the Municipality of Tirana, where not only was he not compensated, but he was also fined by the IMT. Kelliçi promised that after May 14, the citizen's property will not be affected.

"A citizen of Tirana, his house collapses, he asks for his rights, he asks for help in the Municipality of Tirana, and the answer he gets is that your house has not collapsed and I will impose a fine of 8 million lek. While it's on the way! I give you my word that no citizen's home will be touched after May 14 by Belind Kelliçi. Property is sacred, I am right-wing, I believe in property, in the nation, in the family, without a doubt, property is at the foundation of our society. Those houses you have, you have the savings of a lifetime" - said Këlliçi.

While talking with hundreds of residents of Shkoza, Belind Kelliçi also had an invitation for the socialists, who can vote for Erion Veliaj.

"Where are the socialists of the Unit?" No. 1, those who want to vote for Erion Veliajn. Is it possible for them to come here with us, to debate what the municipality has done to them these 8 years. What have they benefited from the municipality in these 8 years, if they are right, we must listen to them, we are brothers and sisters. I give you my word..., I know that he took your money, I know that he took your taxes and did nothing to them, the road speaks for itself, the views speak for themselves, your situation speaks for itself. I am a young boy and I belong to another generation, I belong to a new generation, I do not divide citizens on the right and left into democrats and socialists, into citizens with a party and without a party. We are Albanians, we are residents of Tirana, and everywhere the residents of Tirana, in every unit, in the city and in the countryside, should receive equal services", said the candidate of the opposition for the municipality of Tirana.

From Shkoza, Belind Kelliçi once again called on the citizens to reject the sale of votes, since with that vote the future of the citizens is decided for the next four years.

Refuse to sell your future and dignity. I am begging the Tirana municipality administration, reject the pressure that is being put on you, punish it with a vote. It's only you and God at the ballot box, at the ballot paper," Këlliçi said.

The use of artists for electoral purposes by Erion Veliaj, Belind Këlliçi has responded with irony, stating that: His sons and daughters are the children and citizens of Tirana.

“Unë e kam ndarë llogarinë time, po ju them dhe njëherë, e thashë dhe qëparë, ai ka këto vilat që jetojnë nëpër vila dhe jashtë Shqipërie dhe që nuk ia kanë idenë se çfarë bëhet në Tirana, vipat e mi jeni ju, janë banorët e Tiranës, janë banorët e Shkozës, ishin sot në mëngjes banorët e Laprakës, vipat e mi janë këta fëmijë, janë e ardhmja, janë këta qytetarë. Gjatë bashkëbisedimit me banorët, Belind Këlliçi premtoi vëmendje dhe mbështetje për ta, duke nisur nga dëmshpërblimi për pronat e deri te ndërtimi irrugëve, kopshteve, çerdheve, ujësjellsave etj.

“Unë ju premtoj vëmendje, ju premtoj mbështetje, ju premtoj dëmshpërblim me vlerën e tregut për ata që u janë prishur shtëpitë në mënyrë të padrejtë, ju premtoj trajtim, trajtim të ndershëm dhe të barabartë për të gjithë qytetarët, ju premtoj vëmendje, ju premtoj investime në rrugë, padiskutim ju premtoj investim në të gjithë rrjetin e ujit të pijshëm”-tha Këlliçi.

“S`janë privatizuar, sepse zona tjetër është përjashtuar nga legalizimi. Këtë kërkojmë ne, kërkojmë rrugë, ujë, se punë punojmë vetë. Ne për të punuar, punojmë vetë, ne duam rrugë, ujë, çerdhe për fëmijë, kopshte. Për legalizimet e shtëpive këtu është katastrofë. Këtu vetëm vijnë për fushatë. O do ta shembin shtëpinë time, vetëm se isha demokrate. Shtëpiat rreth e qark janë pa shemb. Tre kate e kam pasur, tre kalamajtë brenda edhe unë katër. Shtëpia më e madhe, shtëpi kështu sa nuk e ke iden... Ne mund ta shohim me sipërfaqe këtë pjesën, pjesa deri aty është shtruar me asfalt, dhe këtu është si të hysh në Kabul”,-u shprehën disa banorët gjatë bashkëbisedimit me Belind Këlliçin.
