In Thursday's plenary session, the deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, asked again, addressing the Speaker of the Assembly, that the Commission for Education and Public Information Media hold a hearing with the head of RTSH, Alfred Peza, for dismissals without motivation in this institution. 

She denounced Peza that he was illegally put in charge of RTSH and that he must give an account to the Albanians for running the institution, which is paid for by the taxes of the Albanians. 

According to Zhupa, Peza should come to the commission and answer for the mass dismissals without motivation. 

"I asked the Media Commission, in accordance with the rights that the regulation gives us, a special hearing with the director of RTSH, the illegal director, Alfred Peza. I asked for this hearing because RTSH has turned into a model of how to destroy the lives of professionals who have been working in the media for over 20 years and who contribute to Albanian Radio and Television. In RTSH, a person is fired for a Facebook like. We have passed into a dictatorship of the director there. This is television that is paid for by taxes Albanians. There are more than 135 employees who have been fired. I ask the Speaker of the Assembly to request the implementation of the regulation and to give him a hearing. Peza should come and give an account for the massive dismissals in the RTSH, the taxes of the Albanians are stolen and misused." says deputy Zhupa. /CNA
