A little while ago, the plenary session started in peace. As soon as Speaker of the Parliament Lindita Nikolla opened the session, Lulzim Basha asked to speak and with Nikolla's approval, he went to the podium.
While Basha stood up, the vice president of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, took the floor for the minutes.
Bardhi requested the invalidity of the previous session, as he pointed out that the quorum was not met. He stated that the quorum required 71 deputies and 68 deputies participated in the vote.
