The head of the SP group, Bledi Çuçi, mocked Lulzim Basha and Enkelejd Alibeaj regarding their statements and requests for the SP to accept their conditions for the Electoral Reform.

Çuçi said that the Electoral Reform Commission is the longest-lived, while he blamed Basha and Alibeaj for its dysfunction.

He stated that they set conditions and refuse to negotiate.

"Regarding the two calls, the first one was direct from Mr. Basha and the second one was like a declaration of the capitulation of the bipartisan election commission by Mr. Alibeaj. I want to say that the term of a commission that has not lasted longer than any other bipartisan election commission is really ending today, unfortunately we are waiting for the final product of this commission, but it appears from Mr. Alibeaj's statements that there will be no product final for the very mindset of how they handled this bipartisan commission.

Mr. Alibeaj himself said today that the product of this commission would be the product that we submitted to the parliament. What consensual bipartisan commission can be built on this premise, when the minority comes with a draft, submits it to the commission and says these are our conditions, you can take them if you want, or leave them if you want, and maybe this is the source of the failure of this commission. Anyway, we are waiting for the commission's recommendations, we will consider them", underlined the head of the SP group./ CNA
