Plenary session/ Zhupa-Ballës: You will be known as Taulant Zarfi

Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa, in her speech during the plenary session, leveled accusations against Taulant Balla regarding diaspora votes.

Zhupa told Balla that she would be known as Taulan Zarfi, as according to her she had filled more envelopes than any other postal worker.

Further, the DP MP said that former Minister Xhaçka received the votes of the diaspora from the access that the former minister has to embassies and the lists that have been made.

Zhupa stated that the writing of diaspora votes with signatures and names is lacking, and the DP has accurate evidence for this.

" The basic point of the bill is information and security. When Mr. Taulant Zarfi discusses here, because that's how you will be known now. No retired postal worker has filled out as many envelopes as you have. No other person has a record for how many you have fabricated, in Albania or the world. Talking about information and security is putting your hands on your head. A list of emigrants' phone numbers was used by SP officials to send personalized messages.
It is a fact, just look at how a former Foreign Minister, Mrs. Olta Xhaçka, gets the votes of the diaspora from the access she has in embassies from the lists that were made. It confuses the process with the other political party and within your ranks. The taking of personal data has been public, how every personal data of individuals in Albania was circulated and used in the campaign in the process of patronizing the voter.
Meanwhile, instead of writing the diaspora votes with a signature, the name according to the contract, the Democratic Party has the exact evidence that clearly shows that these signatures are missing, or at best they are dots and dashes.
