The government approved the list of former agricultural enterprises and former agricultural cooperatives for the recognition of years of work for pension purposes.

DECISION ON THE APPROVAL  OF  THE LIST OF FORMER AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES, ACCORDING TO THE YEAR OF THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AND THE TERRITORY OF THE ACTIVITY

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and point 1, Article 9, of Law No. 7/2025, “On the recognition of periods of employment in state institutions, in former state enterprises, in former agricultural enterprises and in former agricultural cooperatives, for pension purposes in the social security system”, upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. Approval of the list of former agricultural enterprises, according to the year of their establishment and the territory of the exercise of the activity, according to table no. 1, which is attached to this decision.

2. The Social Security Institute is responsible for the implementation of this decision.

This decision enters into force upon publication in the "Official Gazette". /CNA
