"Diaspora networking, an important project"/ Konjufca: The emotion of

First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, stated in the discussion panel at the Diaspora Summit taking place in Tirana that the diaspora networking project is very important.

According to him, joint umbrellas of Albanian organizations and associations should be created in the countries of the region.

Konjufca declares that the diaspora must be connected to the country.

For an immigrant to return to their homeland, more than the emotion of being Albanian is needed; the state must provide them with conditions to invest and live in the country.

"It is very important, the networking of the diaspora is a very important project. We need to create common umbrellas of Albanian organizations and associations. It is very right what they are doing, if we need to raise the politicization of the diaspora to the positive side in terms of the state, we need to include our diaspora. We need to connect the diaspora with the country. We have passed the folklore phase of the Albanian identity dimension.

To return here, you need something extra besides the emotion of being Albanian, which makes you a visitor once a year, but to see a perspective of someone who has been living in the US for 30 years and will return to Albania. You need something more. We need to discover together.
