Afrim Gashi: We need to strengthen the institutional connection with the Albanian diaspora

Speaker of Parliament Niko Peleshi stated at the Diaspora Summit discussion panel that Albanians everywhere must build a common cause.
Among other things, Peleshi said that the Diaspora Summit unites individual goals for a single one, which according to him is Albania. The Speaker of the Parliament further added that Albania and Kosovo should have an Academy of Sciences and a union of universities.
" We must live life in two dimensions. Albania is the second and third dimension in our lives. Let's build a common cause that all Albanians know. This summit unites individual dreams and goals in a single thread that is Albania. I am critical that we have Academies of Sciences in Kosovo and Albania. When we unite our universities, we will reach a point where all Albanians around the world repeat the same dream for Albania, a unifying national narrative ," Peleshi said. /CNA
