The member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Arben Ristani, has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama is preparing a draft law to make his own decisions to dismiss judges who do not like him.

According to Ristanin, this is the line with which Edi Rama acted in capturing justice.

 ' To immediately automatically suspend the judge from office, because the government considers the decision as not based on the law. According to the project, the Supreme Judicial Council should have shared it, but the initiative was taken by the government through the Ministry of Justice.

However, the Supreme Court of Justice is not a mechanism for delivering justice, but for managing it. Justice is delivered by the courts, according to their degrees. This way of acting, which goes along the same lines as Rama acted in the capture of justice, in the function of power, was a very big alarm, which could not be taken into consideration by the opposition in order to strike it and make Albanians aware, that continue to design measures and laws that want to destroy the Albanian democratic system in the service of totalitarianism.
