"Politics has become a swamp"/ Shehi: Let's change the electoral

The chairman of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has stated that the two biggest and most important issues for the opposition are the electoral law and territorial administrative reform.

Invited to "Radarin Informative", Shehi said that since 2009, politics is no longer done, it has become a swamp.

“Ka një zgjidhje, por është në qoftë se betejën e shtrojmë në rrafshin poltiitk, dalim nga beteja mes njerëzve dhe personave. Duhet të bëjmë një skaletë politike, kush janë prioritaret për ne në jetën parlamentare. Për mua hall i madh është mbas kaq viteve politikë, a do bëjmë një ligj të ri për zgjedhjet politike që i bashkon shqiptarët. A janë dakord këta që të ndryshojmë ligjin elektoral të vitti 2009, se që atëherë nuk bëhet më politikë, është kënetë. Deri atëherë dilte ndonjë parti e re se e jepte ligji të drejtën. Mbas 2009 nuk del më gjë sepse e projektoi politikën shqiptare që do jetë o PD ose PS, o Berisha, o Edi Rama.

Nëse biem dakord të ndryshojmë ligjin, të Alibeajt apo Berishës të jenë, do i nënshtrohen kësaj ideje. Por a u intereson këtyre realisht?

I say open the door for new forces to come in, don't consider them as enemies. The second thesis is whether we will enter the local elections that we have abandoned twice. Will we admit that we were wrong and who is the formula that builds a new policy for local government. this law showed that the two-party solution did not work. The addition of municipalities is partly a choice.

Time showed that we who thought about 90-100 (municipality) were right. Edi Rama has taken over all the local authorities. It is a matter of power, independence.

As the opposition, we have the law for political elections, for the territorial administration, we have some big topics around which we unite" , said Shehi./ CNA.al
