Prime Minister Edi Rama began his speech with a warning to the opposition.

He stated that if the opposition were to use violence in the Assembly, the majority's presence would be as long as one voting session.

"I want to tell the majority that not one mandate but entire political years are not enough to reward the extraordinary trust that Albanians gave us this time. 83 mandates in our support are a sign of a debt for the 4th consecutive mandate."

We must take it on a daily basis, not with words but with a self-critical approach, with will and dedication to the success of this mandate. I say to the minority that it is none of our business what you say outside the hall, but in this hall you will have the time you want if you forget to use your hands and body, your feet as an argument and the noise and knocking over tables with your hands as an alternative, otherwise our presence here will last as long as a voting process, keep this in mind", said Rama./ CNA
