Public procurements at "Diella"/ Vokshi: Rama has removed the possibility of accountability and transparency

Democratic Party MP Albana Vokshi, invited to Syri TV, spoke about the virtual minister "Diella".

Vokshi stated that the creation of a virtual minister is unconstitutional and dangerous.

The Democratic MP said that Rama, by creating "Diella", has removed the possibility of requesting or providing accountability regarding public procurement.

Further, Vokshi said that the opportunity for transparency has also been removed, as "Diella" has no way to be transparent about the decisions it will make.

" A minister with Artificial Intelligence is very dangerous, unconstitutional. Rama has also removed the procedure for appointing ministers. If he collects all tenders and procurements, it is known that everything will be programmed. There will no longer be a minister who will be accountable for the firm, who will go to SPAK. How will Diella ensure transparency in the decisions he will make? Rama can make corruption even more widespread. But he has removed his name. So that no one will have the opportunity to ask for an account. Who will come to give an account in committees, in sessions? He has removed the possibility of accountability and transparency ", said Vokshi./ CNA
