Prime Minister Edi Rama gave several messages about the war during his speech at the General Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

“Unë përfaqësoj Shqipërinë, por nuk do flas për të edhe pse tema e shqetësimit që dua të ndaj me ju lidhet me Shqipërinë si trupi me shpirtin.
