The vice-president of the DP, Luciano Boçi, has thanked all the citizens of Elbasan who have joined today's protest.

Among other things, Boçi strongly condemned the offensive and professional behavior of the police, who according to him chose to obey political orders to block the protesters.

At the end of his post, Boçi warns Prime Minister Edi Rama to prepare for any kind of reaction from the citizens.

" Today we started the protests from Elbasan

I sincerely thank all the citizens and drivers who, beyond all their commitments, were today on the boulevard of Elbasani, to protest against the increase in the price of fuel.

I strongly condemn the insulting and unprofessional behavior of the Elbasan Police who, beyond the citizens' interest in protesting, chose to obey political orders to block the protesters from joining the peaceful assembly!

Edi Rama must be prepared for any form of reaction from the citizens! They will be more and more. No one will forgive Edi Rama for putting his hand in their pocket, to take their sweat and children's money", writes Boçi./ CNA.al
