Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared a denunciation from a digital citizen who sent several images showing how bars have occupied the common spaces of buildings.

Alongside the message, Rama writes that these are typical barricades that need to be removed by their instigators themselves, before they are left with the fine bill and criminal prosecution.
