Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the National Conference on Education and Vocational Training, emphasized that there is no shortage of people in the tourism sector, but we have a shortage of qualified people.

The head of the government emphasized that we must build a dialogue with the enterprise to qualify young people and give them skills to meet the needs of the market. 

"Who is to have an open debate about vocational education, are very favorable. We have significantly increased wages, which is A, without which the whole alphabet is incomplete. A fairer division with the employees themselves is not a matter of generosity, but it is necessary. We must build a dialogue with business about the need for companies to contribute to increasing the state's capacity to train young people with the trades and skills needed for the market. We are facing a very stubborn fact in tourism, and which is a new industry in Albania, in the sense of creating an ecosystem that is rapidly increasing the ambition, the desire for investment to respond to a dizzying demand. They are willing to pay more to meet their needs. The problem of they have human capital. We don't have a shortage of people, but we have a shortage of qualified people. This is where the need for a new structure begins. There is a lack of vocational schools," said Rama.
