Prime Minister Edi Rama has accused the Democratic Party of the Qukës-Qafë Plloë road, as he announces that the Government and the Saudi Development Fund have signed the additional financing agreement.

“Qeveria Shqiptare dhe Fondi Saudit i Zhvillimit, nënshkruan pas një negociate të gjatë  marrëveshjen e financimit shtesë për rrugën Qukës-Qafë Plloçë, e cila u riprojektua thuajse tërësisht nga e para pas një projektimi tipik të kohës së rrugëve të lëna rrugëve.

Fondi që do të akordohet nëpërmjet kësaj marrëveshjeje bën të mundur përfundimin e pjesës së dytë të rrugës me një gjatësi 43.4 km.

Kjo vepër përmban ndërtimin e një numri të madh muresh mbajtëse, mbi 20 ura, 2 tunele të ndërtuara me gjatësi 850 m dhe 350 m, së bashku me tunelin e emergjencës.
