Braçe has published on social media several photos of ballots, which were considered invalid by the recount.

One of the most voted deputies of the Socialist Party, Erion Braçe, calls the fact that those votes have been declared invalid a disgrace and claims that an attempt is being made to steal them.

The CEC rules clearly state that for a vote to be considered valid, a “+” or “x” sign must be placed inside the box next to the party name and in the box next to the candidate's name.

On many of the ballots, which Braçe claims are being unfairly declared invalid, the "x" or "+" sign is not in the corresponding box, as the CEC has provided.

On another sheet, neither an "x" nor a "+" is marked, but a "?" even outside the box, so this is also invalid.
